Hilary N. Alwood, M.A.

Hilary Alwood is a sixth year PhD student in the Social Psychology program at Baylor University. She completed her undergraduate degree at Western Illinois University prior to coming to Baylor.​

Hilary is interested in teaching and statistics. Her work focuses on the psychological experience and measurement of grace. She is currently a lecturer in psychology at Texas A&M.

Emily Foy

Emily is a second-year Ph.D. student in the social-psychology track, co-mentored by Dr. Sara Perry in I/O psychology. She graduated from Baylor University in 2020 with a B. A. in Psychology and worked as an organizational consultant for two years. Her primary research interests are at the interface of social and industrial-organizational psychology.
MacKenzie Paul

MacKenzie is a second-year Ph.D. student in the social-psychology track. She graduated from Missisippi State University in 2023 with a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Philosophy. Her primary research interests are at the intersection of psychology and religion. MacKenzie studies the effect of religious music on emotions and relationships, and collaborations between faith leaders and mental health professionals.
Kassidy Conrad

Kassidy is a first-year Ph.D. student on the social-psychology track. She is co-mentored by Dr. Fergus. She graduated from Texas Tech University in 2024 with a B.S. in Psychological Sciences and a minor in Spanish. Her primary research interests are at the interface of social interaction and personality
Kun Wang

Kun is a first-year Ph.D. student in the social-psychology track, co-mentored by Dr. Tsang. He graduated from Ningbo University in 2020 with dual degrees in Japanese and Finance, then earned a Master of Applied Psychology from Peking University in 2023. His research focuses on religion and politics, particularly understanding values and intergroup processes. Outside of academics, he loves jamming on the guitar and writing his own songs.
